Annual Event:

The Snake River Canyon Kennel Club held its annual show in Filer, Idaho. The show is a American Kennel Club show and is under the rules and regulations of that association. This year the show was held June 14 and 15, at the newly remodeled Twin Falls Fair grounds. Onofrio Dog Show did a great job setting up the show and having catalogs ready. Rings were set up and all the dogs ready to go.

The judging is set by AKC and the judges were at their finest, Best of Breed, Best of Show, Championship points and winners class. The obedience and rally ring was held in the new, this year our indoor building; we also held a Puppy Match after the confirmation matches were over and 75 entries, brand new for this show.

Over 500 entries this year made a success, this being the beginning of the circuit. That means we get a large variety of dog’s owners, with their RV’s , great crew had the parking well under control before the show started.

The show committee needs a great big pat on the back.
